As an advisory team we have some 200 years collective experience of advising private clients, business owners, trustees and charities. Fiducia is seeking a Client Services Administrator who will be responsible for providing general administration support to a dedicated Adviser and the Practice Manager. You will be required to ensure all client work is produced to the highest standard in line with the services standards expected from Fiducia. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective organisational and time management ability is essential. A knowledge of financial services is advantageous. Responsibilities: Process incoming post and any administration requirements that follows Managing new business processes from beginning until conclusion Liaise with your Adviser to manage workloads, prioritising where necessary Deal with any administration arising from client meetings Ensure that the back-office system is kept up to date and electronic correspondence is filed appropriately Process all client documentation to a high standard Produce new business illustrations Greet clients and other visitors when required Experience and knowledge: Previous experience in a similar role (including use of back office systems, Wrap Platforms, Pensions, Investments and Protection) Strong administration and organisational skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong analytical and numerical skills Good IT skills Able to work within a team and as an individual A positive and enthusiastic attitude Self-motivated and proactive High attention to detail
