Overview
I am recruiting for a Operations Coordinator/ Administrator to join a market leading client of mine that is based in Milton Keynes. You will be working within a friendly, fast paced operations team that is growing and supporting the business with the business functions. The Role Communicating any transport or on-site issues Building working relationships with sub-contractors Raise Purchase Orders for contractors and suppliers Negotiating the best prices from sub-contractors Liaise with several departments Supporting with operational projects on an ad-hoc basis Updating the in-house systems with information gained on the job General admin and customer services duties The Candidate Excellent communication and rapport building skills Experience of working with different CRM systems Ability to work in a fat paced, highly pressurised environment Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills Able to work as part of a small team Please note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person's gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
