Customer Admin - starting next week, temp to perm

Overview

Working for a fantastic organisation in Eastleigh, this is initially a temp assignment for 3 months although there is the potential to extend to a fixed term contract. It is an admin based role that required excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a busy team processing large volumes of paperwork. It is working for a company who is market leader in their industry and they work to very high standards. This role will be working as part of a great team. The Role The main duties of this role are as follows: Checking and processing customer files Working with in house computer systems Processing of forms and various other administration with a meticulous attention to detail and pace Helping the team wherever you can to help with the smooth running of the department Occasionally answering the phone from customers and helping follow through their requests The Ideal Candidate You must be available to start work within a couple of weeks. You need to have an amazing eye for detail and enjoy a busy admin role. Previous experience processing large volumes of data would be an advantage. Personal traits that are of value are a willingness to go the extra mile and the ability to pick things up quickly. Full training will be given. This role could be suited to a graduate looking to expand on their experience, or someone who has previously worked in a relevant environment. Any experience within a regulated environment would be an advantage. Additional Information This role is for 3 months and could transfer to a fixed term contract for the right candidate.
