Overview
Our client, a large financial services company, are looking for a Data & BI Analyst to join them due to a large period of growth at the organisation. You'll be reporting to the Business Systems Manager and be responsible for extracting data from the Oracle databases, writing queries in PL/SQL and then building dashboards in PowerBI. This is the ideal role for someone with good data experience and knowledge of Oracle databases to progress their career into a business intelligence based role. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, design, implement and manage database solutions. Setup and maintain automated data processes. To build internal and external relationships. Reviewing and optimising current queries. Key Skills Strong working knowledge of Oracle 12c. 1-2 years' experience in a Data related role, i.e. Data Analyst, Database Analyst, Junior BI Analyst etc Experience with data visualisation/ reporting tools - Power BI is an advantage but you will be offered training Ability to understand data and to be able to present in a clear manner.
