My client is currently recruiting for an IT Technician / IT Support ENgineer to join an existing infrastructure team. You shall be responsible for IT support for a user base of around 400 across the group, as well as getting involved in general IT administration and project based work. Y This is a great opportunity, as it will offer the successful candidate with the chance to work with some technically strong network and infrastructure support technicians, who will provide you with further training and support, and as such your skills and experience will be greatly accelerated in this role. We are looking for candidate with the following skills: Windows / desktop support Office 365 support LAN /WAN Helpdesk support and ticketing systems Understanding of networking principles, exposure to CISCO a major advantage ITIL aware If you have some relevant qualifications such as A or MCP etc. this this would he useful but not essential, above all we are looking for a motivated, intelligent and professional individual whom wants the opportunity to progress their skills and experience in a collaborative working environment.
