Leading Financial Services business in Leicester are recruiting a Head of Client Services to manage operations Your new company This leading financial services business have a reputation for providing a high level of service to it's client, building their success on lasting and successful relationships. This newly-created role will play a key part in driving performance and maintaining those high standards across their Leicestershire and East Midlands operations. Your new role The role requires excellent leadership of the operations team to implement and maintain excellent standards of customer service across the region both internally and externally. This is achieved by effective management and leadership of all operational procedures, including risk management, making a valuable contribution to company profitability, new business and retention of clients. Work closely with the relationship teams to deliver excellent service, risk management and promote the organisation's brand by ensuring the data processing and onboarding teams are co-ordinated with the relationship teams. What you'll need to succeed The role requires a highly organised individual who is able to lead a team and manage different operational teams to imbed an excellent standard of customer service. The person must have proven excellent customer service skills and leadership experience. The individual needs to be process driven with the desire to lead and inspire along with an awareness of risk, process and procedure. They must also be able to form strong relationships to promote cross functional activity between client, relationship and onboarding teams.
