Our client is a successful and VIP high end luxury travel company based in West London and they are seeking a General Manager to join their small team. The Job: - Strong leadership and motivational skills - A strong sense of organisation - Constant creativity, with ability to inspire others into new ways of thinking and working - An inspiring, unconventional big thinker - Obsessive attention to detail and deadlines - Hands on approach - Entrepreneurial drive - Someone who is hard working, who seeks excellence and continuous improvement - An articulate individual with irreproachable written English and impeccable personal presentation - A cultured reader, a thinker most likely with a liberal arts background - Gregarious character - Utter discretion, gravitas and sense of bigger corporate goals - Computer skills - Office, Adobe - Flexible enough to travel throughout UK and overseas to meet clients and attend events. Experience/Skills Required: - Top Tier University educated - Excellent written English - Ability to work effectively & calmly under pressure, meet deadlines in a challenging and changing environment - Irreproachable organisational skills - Attention to detail and working under pressure to deadlines - Must be able to use initiative and prioritise work - Good IT skills and working knowledge of Office, Outlook and Adobe InDesign - To ensure confidentiality and security of all clients, documentation and information. - Well-travelled, knowledgeable and eager to learn. The Package: My client is offering a competitive salary package from £45,000 to £65,000 dependent on experience. Interested?
