Overview
Rutherford Briant are looking for an Account Receivable Supervisor to join a a fast-growing business based in the heart of Grays. The ideal person will have at least 3 years experience managing a small sized team and will have exposure to dealing with complex queries. Key responsibilities include: Managing a team of four Analysis of sales reports Lead the development and progression of the team as well as hold monthly appraisals Day to day management of the team including holiday reviews, training and development Dealing with all invoice queries and reporting back to senior management Processing customer refunds via credit/debit card refunds, BACS and Paypal Adminstering Credits and Refunds onto ERP system Review and Acceptance of Credit Account applications Chasing oustanding debts and supporting Credit Control porcess Updating customer billing information Working closely with Sales Team to discuss debtor actions If you are interested in hearing more about the opportunity please feel free to submit your CV within.
