High-End Multi Retailer looking for Dynamic and Progressive HR Professional Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen working within a high end multi-retailer, which is regarded as one of the leading services in their market. They aim to provide their customers with the very best service on the market to ensure that their experience is enjoyable and stress-free, working with over 500 amazing brand partners. They are now seeking an Internal Recruiter to join their friendly and creative team on a permanent basis, as they continue to go from strength to strength through organic growth. You will be supporting the Head of HR in driving proactive and responsive HR support. This position is working in modern offices and offers great benefits Your new role In your new HR Coordinator role, you will be offering HR support to the business. This support will be through undertaking generalist HR duties, updating and maintaining all personnel files, HR system administration and Ad hoc administrative and project support. You will support in the execution of the resourcing and retention strategy; managing job advertisement processes, sourcing and screening candidates, managing the selection process, and coordinating interviews. You will be managing the on-boarding process for all new starters, ensuring they have a fantastic experience with the company, from initial outreach to joining the team. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in your new Coordinator role, you'll have previous experience in a similar role, with or working towards a CIPD Level 3 qualification. You'll have a basic knowledge of HR best practice and the end-to-end recruitment function, with the ability to influence and negotiate. You will be eager to further your knowledge of HR within this company, you will be open to learning new aspects of the role and have strong motivation to progress.
