Overview

Come and join us - full training provided We are looking for Support Workers to work with us across Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells to support people with learning disabilities, autism, communication difficulties, and behaviours that challenge. The people we support require support to enable them to participate in home and community-based activities. As a Support Worker you will; • Accompany the people we support to activities, appointments etc. • Assisting with day to day living tasks such as cooking and cleaning • Ensuring the people we support are encouraged to reach their full potential • Personal Care (e.g. using the toilet, bathing) Work full and part time covering different shifts throughout the day, evenings and nights spread across the week, weekends and Bank holidays. Shifts are on a rota basis so you will know in advance to plan your time accordingly. Our pay is £16,650 per annum (pro rata) benefits. Some services offer an extra complexity payment of £1,200 per annum (pro rata). Due to the location of some services it is desirable for successful applicants to hold a full valid manual UK driving licence, and to have access to their own vehicle.
