Overview
TRAK Employment Solutions are looking for flexible, passionate and reliable staff to work within vulnerable adults residential settings and supported living environments in Swindon and Wiltshire. We need Care and Support Workers who: Provide person-centred support and promote independence. Assist with mobility and moving and handling. Administer medication when required. Apply experience as a support worker/ Carer within various settings using best practise and training. Contribute to quality improvement. Promote people’s equality, diversity and rights. Work with minimal supervision. Effective communication skills both written and verbal. An empathetic and sensitive approach to people. Reliable / Flexible. Be a positive role mode Essential Qualities: Full UK Valid Driving Licence Active DBS check
