Agile Application Support Manager A leading financial services' business in Swindon are looking for a talented and experienced Applications Support Manager as part of a business wide digital transformation programme. Innovation and digitalisation is at the core of this business, a changing application landscape is bringing lots of opportunities across the business which is now requiring a strong leader to direct and provide innovation to the wider application support team. As well as being a strong leader of people you will manage and provide direction and project management across all Microsoft applications. As a suitable Application Support Manager you will effetely manage all major incidents through and ITIL framework, own the software lifecycle and represent application support at CAB meetings. Application Support Manager experienced required: Technical knowledge of supporting applications on Microsoft frameworks C#, asp.net, XML, javascript and MS SQL. Previous experience in full line management position Experience of working in an agile environment / scrum master ITIL service management Financial services experience is highly desirable As an organisation they are talking a cloud-first approach, focusing on process & test automaton and have a customer facing application support approach.
