Overview
A well established and growing Financial Services firm are looking for a Head of Compliance Monitoring to join their team in London. This role is responsible for developing and delivering formal control assurance reporting against applicable governance frameworks (including the ISO27001 certification for Information Security Management Systems); and for the planning, development, and delivery of a holistic compliance monitoring programme covering pensions and pensions tax law, information security and financial crime prevention. Key duties: Management of the Compliance Assurance team, including line management, effective management of workload, adherence to planned deadlines and providing deliverables in a timely manner Identification and management to closure of assurance issues with stakeholders across the business Designing and delivering a Compliance Assurance Risk Universe that supports a risk based approach to the development of the annual assurance plan
