Overview
Machine Setter / Operator x2 - Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm Alternate Weekend Mornings £9p/h - £13p/h Depending on Experience / Training Required - Immediate Start Based Hinckley / Barwell / Earl Shilton Area Setting and Operating of Mechanical Production Machinery / Multi Manning / Visual Checking of Parts & Completion of Paperwork when Required SF are proud to be working with a manufacturing business across a number of different roles. Manufacturing precision turned parts for a variety of industries including the automotive, aerospace and FMCG sectors. The shop floor has over fifty machines, with some of the machines being thirty to forty years old. We are looking to bolster the production department by recruiting 2 machine setter / operators. What the role will involve: - Setting and operating mechanical production machinery. - Monitoring the machinery to make sure they are running effectively and flagging any potential issues to the production manager or maintenance team. - Working through the daily manufacturing list. What we are looking for in the successful candidate: - Mechanical knowledge / aptitude. - Experience in setting / operating mechanical production machinery.
