Overview

Our client is looking for a Finance Manager to join their central Bristol office on a fixed term contract for 9 months. The Role Experienced finance supervisor or manager required to lead a team of 4 finance staff dealing with the finance transactions for a pension provider. Reporting directly to the group finance director and working with the other directors. The role will require the individual to have strong IT skills to enable them to deal with the high level of integration between the pension administration system and the financial processes. Key Responsibilities: Managing the workflow for the team to ensure internal and external SLA's are met. Providing guidance to the finance team. Ensuring accuracy in the financial transaction processes. Working with finance director to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Coordinating with the pension administration teams to streamline procedures and processes. Skills and Experience: Strong working experience of Sage accounting and Sage payroll. High levels of communication skills to ensure that the finance team are motivated and professional in their approach. A thorough understanding of financial processes and management The role will also require the finance manager to be the main point of contact for the administration teams and meet on a regular basis.
