Overview
A CORPORATE GOVERNANCE CONSULTANT opporunity has arisen at this global professional services consultancy in BRISTOL. The role will provide corporate, registered office and company administration services to a portfolio of clients in teh UK and offshore jurisdictions. Key criteria: ICSA Qualified (or part qualified) and/or a minumum of 1/2 years work experience in corporate governance experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. The ability to speak other languages wouldbe an advantage but not essential. Conduct corporate administrationwork with appropriate supervision. Build excellent releationships at all levels.
