JustPhysio are looking for a lead Physio to work with their lovely client based in Kent Inpatient Lead Physiotherapist Salary £40k Full time hours Start ASAP Our client in Kent is looking for a lead Physiotherapist to join their team. Job Purpose: To carry out advanced standard of assessment of patients as an autonomous practitioner, including those with complex presentations. To use highly developed clinical reasoning skills gained through experience and formal teaching to determine an accurate clinical diagnosis and formulate a care plan through utilising a range of assessment skills specific to inpatient care. To undertake the updating of protocols and evidence based, and make recommendations for change in practice and implement change where appropriate. To offer clinical support to other Physical Therapists and be actively involved with peer review. To supervise more Junior Physiotherapists and be involved in teaching colleagues from other disciplines where necessary. To contribute to the day-to-day running of the department and deputise for the Physical Therapy Manager in the overall management of the Department in their absence. Be a champion of patient experience. Through the team reporting into the role, be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer care, ensuring consistently high standards of patient experience, interaction and communication and the delivery of a high standard of patient care. Professional experience / qualifications Essential •BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy •Registration with the Health Care Professions Council •Extensive post-registration clinical experience (min.5 years) •Evidence of continuous professional development and its application •Enthusiastic and passionate.
