Overview
Our client, a leading Insurer who are based in the South East are looking to recruit a UK Claims Operations and Business Support Lead to join their growing claims division. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating critical claims operational activities within the UK Property division and this will involve being accountable for the implementation of strategic and local initiatives through stakeholder engagement and project management. You as the ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing new market initiatives and advocating change coupled with having an excellent excel and data analysis background. In addition to this, you will have strong communication and organisational skills and being able to influence stakeholders.
