Job description: A North West law firm is seeking a Medical Negligence Solicitor (NQ–2years PQE) join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be dealing with: Handling a caseload of varied medical negligence cases, including brain and spinal injuries Assist the senior solicitor with more complex claims when required Managing your workload effectively making sure that deadlines are met and case progression is clear Providing advice to clients in relation to medical negligence via phone, email and letter, and face to face meetings Partake in marketing activities alongside senior solicitors Build positive relationships with internal and external parties Preparing medical negligence content for the firm’s website No arbitrary chargeable targets – all targets are team based rather than individual It is essential that candidates applying for this role have previous Medical Negligence experience. Candidates with Medical Negligence experience limited to a seat with a training contact will be considered.
