CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR Location: Stockport - Edgely Salary: £17,500 pa Hours: Full time - Monday - Friday (40 hrs) IMMEDIATE START We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well established and extremely successful business based in Edgely. The Role Providing customer service for existing customers to discuss their current services, situation and needs in aim to arrange an appointment for the field sales team to attend across the UK. You main focus is the customer, you will conduct a thorough fact find on their wants, needs and desires in order for you to find the best suited package. Provide a professional, knowledgeable and supportive service - building a strong rapport with your customers to ensure the reputation of the business is kept and increased. Working hours Monday to Thursday 08.30 - 17.30 and Friday 08.30 - 14.30.
