Salary: £30000 - £38000 Location: London Job Title: Junior Paraplanner Financial Divisions are currently working with a boutique Wealth Management firm that is seeking a Junior Paraplanner to join their team. Due to expansion of the business, they are now looking for a Junior Paraplanner that is highly self-motivated, proactive and maintains the highest standards of professionalism at all times. You will be working in an ambitious team environment and as you develop your experience you will be assisted in progressing within your career within the business, becoming an integral member of the team towards a Senior Paraplanner or Financial Planner. Key Responsibilities: Providing a consistently high level of customer service to clients. To produce accurate compliant client reports (including suitability reports) for Financial Advisers Assist in updating compliant client report template To collect relevant data in order to complete the reports Produce quotations on financial products for comparison Processing of investment, pension and protection new business and following the case through to completion Collate and upload all relevant data and correspondence to our Intelligent Office back office system to submit cases for compliance checking Assist in client meetings when requested Type letters and draft routine correspondence Complete annual review procedure Maintain all necessary systems Generate and managing client fee/invoices.
