Overview
Our client, leading City firm, is looking to hire a Corporate PSL, who can be either an experienced corporate fee-earner looking for his/her first PSL role, preferably with at least 5PQE, or a corporate lawyer with some prior PSL experience. This can^be either a full-time or part-time role, and the firm also has a flexible working policy. This is a wide ranging PSL role, to include (for example) preparing and collating know-how to keep the Corporate group up to date on legal and regulatory change; arranging know-how sharing sessions and preparing and contributing to the corporate groups's training programme and client training seminars. The corporate partners are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active and motivated self-starter with strong^organisational and social skills and a passion for know-how. A highly regarded corporate group, involved in the full range of domestic and cross-border/international corporate transactions, encompassing M&A, ECM, private equity and general corporate^advisory work, within a progressive, international City firm which has a reputation for its collegiate culture and for embracing change.
