We make some of the most popular confectionery on earth. Ever heard of KitKat or Polos? Exactly. Now we’re going to let you into the secret of how we do it. The science behind the process. How we solve problems in Manufacturing, how we set our standards, how we coach others to keep those standards. It’s a three-year programme that’s going to show you more than you ever imagined you could learn. Your fresh ideas will help us to improve what we have, to innovate and to keep our world-class manufacturing operations moving forward. But you won’t be on your own. You’ll have loads of support and on top of your in-role training, combined with learning at college too Here, during your first two years, you’ll have different college modules to work on. It’s a great opportunity to experience a bit of the student lifestyle and to meet other Nestlé Apprentices from around the country. But it’s about a lot more than just networking. You’ll also cover key topics to get you thinking, learning and understanding manufacturing. All this will help you become a great networker, an agile learner and a resilient performer. Sure you’re going to need 5 GCSEs or equivalent (actual or predicted) at grades 9-4 (or A-C if received in 2017 of before), including Maths and English.
