Experienced Chef de Parties required to work at a high quality hotel located in Tyne and Wear Role: The Head Chef of this property is currently seeking to recruit Chef de Parties to join the team of eight chefs in the kitchen where you will be preparing dishes for the modern, Brasserie style restaurant; the banqueting suite and the private dining room.In these Chef de Partie positions you will be working with all fresh produce maintaining the high standards of cooking the property has built its reputation on whilst working around the sections in the kitchen. Requirements: All Chef de Parties applying for these roles must have experience working at this level in a high quality, fresh food kitchen.It is essential that you have experience working in a busy kitchen where you were catering for large numbers on a regular basis.
