Abou t the Role FTI Consulting's EMEA Central Marketing team enhances and protects the FTI Consulting brand by promoting our people, client successes, community initiatives and leading positions both internally and externally. The CRM & Marketing Operations Manager, is a key and valued member of the team. We are looking for a subject matter expert in customer relationship and database management with experience of providing guidance, advice and training. Ideally with Salesforce experience, they will have an eye for detail, have strength in the management of data and possess an innovative approach to problem solving. This role will be responsible for communicating with internal stakeholders in order to identify, prioritise, and quickly solve complex challenges. What You'll Do Data Management: Collaborate with the team to ensure customer data meets the quality and standards that allows for sales forecasting and analysis, exceptional customer communications, data cleansing and enrichment and successful execution of targeted campaigns Training & Support: Ensure a positive CRM system user experience for members of the sales organization by providing hands-on functional support and developing and leading the development of CRM training manuals and programmes Have responsibility for supporting the region with technical expertise on the full suite of CRM capabilities, including all tools and processes required to support business development activity, customised reporting, campaign management, data quality, and matter/opportunity tracking and management Manage system development projects, provide technical and process advice (in adherence with FTI Firm wide policies on client confidentiality, matter routing and approval) and maintain best practices for sales management and access Balance the requirement to function as a member of the global CRM support team with working proactively and collaboratively with senior stakeholders (fee earners) in the business to fulfil their needs Champion improvements for the continued development of the system, encouraging increased adoption, ensuring that key local users are sophisticated in the areas of, for example, data profiling How You'll Grow The CRM & Marketing Operations Manager will serve as a leader on CRM strategies that support the business goals. This is a hands-on role where the individual leverages their CRM expertise and in collaboration with cross-functional teams, defines and develops innovative initiatives. The job holder will work as part of a team dedicated to advancing the usage of our CRM system across the business in the EMEA region. Basic Qualifications Proven experience in a law firm, financial institution, investment bank, or consulting firm in an analytical, marketing, client development or business development role strongly preferred, with experience using Salesforce.com, Thomson Reuters, InterAction, Bloomberg, MergerMarket or other similar databases An excellent technical and working knowledge of CRM systems and experience of email marketing software (e.g. Exact Target, Eloqua) and BoardEx would be a plus A solid understanding of managing CRM strategy and excellent working knowledge of MS Office Previous experience of supplier management and contract negotiation would be advantageous Experience of communicating and working collaboratively with senior stakeholders on complex projects Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure with an analytical and methodical approach Team player but highly self-motivated with a strong ability to take initiative and solve pro blems Our Benefits We offer a competitive benefits and wellbeing programme including private medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, income protection, flex critical illness cover, employer pension contribution, holiday buy, discounted gym membership, interest free travel loans, paid volunteer hours and corporate matching for charitable donations, and much more.
