Overview
We are currently recruiting for a fantastic, well established client based in Huddersfield who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their existing team If you have experience working within a Call Centre environment and want to work for a rewarding company then this could be the role for you What will you be doing? Speaking with customers across multiple channels including telephone, email, web-based and social media Be there for customers by having conversations and offering advice Going above and beyond to provide the best service to customers Handle and resolve customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion Accurately recording calls and notes on the internal system Working towards individual, team and business targets What are we looking for? Previous experience with a contact centre environment Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to build rapport well with customers and colleagues Computer literate Excellent problem solving skills Salary: £16,500 per annum rising to £17,000 after successfully passing probation Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 8:45am - 5:15pm Please note - you do need to be flexible to work between 8am-8pm during peak business needs We are looking for someone to start on 16th March and will be interviewing ASAP for the role.
