Within this, we are recruiting for a Customer Care Team Leader to manage, motivate and inspire a dedicated team of Customer Care Advisors making sure we hit our key operational and service level KPIs, putting the customer and your team at the heart of everything you do. About the Person The successful Customer Care Team Leader will come from a call centre background (ideally inbound but not essential) where you have really developed, coached, trained and motivated a call centre team to deliver against key business KPI's. You will lead your team from the front and not afraid to be hands on in dealing with any escalated calls and other matters. Furthermore, you can bring new ideas to your team, actioning those initiatives, plus also share ideas and best practice upwards to the Contact Centre Management team to help continually drive the centre forward as a collective team.
