Just ONE is seeking Support Workers & a Senior Support Worker to join our team in Chester , providing exceptional care and support to individuals. The Support Worker will ensure that they provide care and support in a person-centred way and give the individuals the opportunity to maintain their independence and gain new skills. Just ONE is a Health and Social Care Company looking for flexible, enthusiastic, compassionate and caring people to provide 24 hours support to vulnerable adults and children in various setting within the individuals home, community or supporting individuals with activities such as work placements. Main Responsibilities include: · Provide personal care to individuals (dependant on package of support · Support individuals in line with their person-centred plans · Support individuals in the day-to-day tasks involved in ordinary living · Administer medication (dependant on package of support) · Raise any safeguarding concerns regarding the individual · Enable individuals to gain and maintain independence · Support with individuals’ finances · Take individuals to social activities · Organise medical appointments for individuals · Record daily activities · Maintain family and friends contact with individual · Maintain daily paperwork to a high standard Vacancy 3 Chester Shifts: Monday to Friday 6.30pm to 9.30pm & 9.30pm to 9.30am (sleep ins) Saturday and Sundays 24/7 till Monday morning Car Driver x 3 (Non-Drivers Mid-Week only) ability to cover Mid-Week and Weekends every other for Drivers - client has a mobility car so no business insurance required Vacancy 5 Chester Shifts 10am to 4pm with every other weekend Car Driver Vacancy 20 Chester 5 out of 7 days rotating shifts with every other weekend, days, evenings & nights 35 hours Drivers and Non-Drivers considered Vacancy 21 Senior Support Worker Chester Should be well organised and able to do supervisions & staff rotas Develop and maintain support plans and risk assessments, manage a small team of staff with support of coordinator, Attend meetings with multi-disciplinary teams must hold at least a Level 2 NVQ and to work towards Level 3 Shifts 5 out of 7 days rotating shifts with every other weekend, days, evenings & nights 35 hours Car Drivers Preferred non drivers will be considered Essential Skills: 3 years experience working within the Health & Social care sector At least an NVQ / QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care willingness to complete level 3 Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing Must be willing to workdays, evenings and nights plus a minimum of 1 sleep in per week Essential Skills: Committed to and passionate about supporting and developing others Has a person-centred approach, seeing people as people, irrespective of disability Have a clear desire and commitment to working to company values openly and honestly Must be willing to work; days, evenings and nights, plus a minimum of 1 sleep in per week Desirable skills: A Full UK Driving License (preferred) QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (preferred but not essential as full training is given and ability to Work towards QCF (NVQ) qualifications.
