Finance Analyst
Overview
Cathedral Appointments are currently seeking a Finance Analyst to join our client’s leading manufacturing business in Newton Abbot. Your role will be to support the management team through building reports to provide users with insight and analysis. To be successful in this role you will need to be either part qualified with ACCA or CIMA or have a desire to work towards one of these qualifications in future. This role will offer full study support towards these qualifications. Good experience in a financial analysis role is essential. Responsibilities: · Creation and development of financial reports to aid in decision making · Maintaining and developing sales invoice templates · Aid in the development of the company ERP system · Provide accruals and prepayments in preparation of monthly management accounts · Support activities undertaken by management and with compliance matters · Complete other duties as required Requirements: · Part qualified with ACCA or CIMA or the desire to work towards this · Good financial analysis experience · Good Excel experience with the ability yto use pivot tables and building models · Excellent numeracy and literacy with a high attention to detail · A good communicator who is organised and resilient · Some knowledge or ERP systems would be preferable but is not essential This role will pay a competitive salary and is a fabulous opportunity to take on an exciting and varied role in a leading business.
