Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager with our client based in Newton Abbot. The role is a combination of both "hands-on" daily finance tasks, as well as looking into the strategic development of this growing company whilst line managing an established team. You will report directly into the Managing Director, and be a part of the Senior Leadership Team, Business Partnering with all areas of the business. Responsibilities will include: Review of all current processes and systems, ensuring they are at maximum efficiency Collaborating with the MD on financial strategies to certify the development of the business Preparation and presentation of Management Accounts Processing of payroll & pensions Candidates will be: Fully qualified CIMA / ACCA or ACA with a minimum of 5 years' experience within a similar role A strong business acumen, ideally with experience within a retail environment Excellent communication skills & experience managing a small team
