Lead Java Developer - Lead Developer - London - 60-80k Explore have partnered with one of the UK's most exciting fintech clients based in central London who are looking to expand their team. They are a rapidly growing business and had major success in partnering with a high volume of their user which is allowing their expansive growth. This position is a leadership role to help build their enterprise application and join a team of very passionate engineers to develop the future of there platform. You will need to be hands-on with the following tech: A strong background using Java A strong understanding of OOP with SOLID Principles Experience with TDD Experience in restful api's Experience with DDD Their technology is at the heart of everything they do, and they are passionate and excited about being challenged by different problems every day. The whole team is part of the decision-making process and building their road map, so you will always have a say in your work. They are big on taking pride in working end to end and for developers to take ownership of their work. Salary: up to 80k DOE.
