One of the UK's leading FinTech's is looking for x2 Senior Software Developers to join their largest IT hub in the UK. Their office is situated near Birchwood, Warrington, boasting great public transport links or you can drive from East/ South Manchester in under 30minutes and park on-site free of charge. There are a great office culture and the whole team regularly socialise together, whether that's off-site activity days funded by the company or inter-department board game sessions over a slice pizza and a couple of drinks, to wind down after a productive week. Your Package: Up to £50,000 base salary 20% bonus 14% pension 2 Days remote working per week Flexible working hours Income protection (75% salary for 5 years) Life assurance 4x base salary Private medical insurance We are looking for Senior Software Developers who have a healthy blend of the following tech: C# .Net or .Net Core WebAPI Angular or React Azure Net MVC Entity Framework, NHibernate or similar CI/CD tooling such as Octopus, Jenkins or TeamCity The Role: We are simply looking for bright, passionate, curios Software Developers who are aspiring to progress their careers and help us push the boundaries of software development. You will be responsible for clarifying the business requirements and have the autonomy to help determine how the overall solution will be produced inline with the overall product vision. Software Developers play a key role in how we design and architect our software solutions, following development standards and principles and patterns, ensuring all code is adequately tested before collaborating with the QA team. As a Software Developer, you will report to your Technical Lead who is ultimately responsible for planning the activities for each squad and clearly communicating the detailed technical solutions that support the vision of the products and the architecture. You will work collaboratively with the wider team of Software Developers to build the very best software solutions, enjoying the freedom and autonomy to build said solutions with the technology that you feel is fit for purpose.
