Test Analyst - Bristol - Up to £38,000 Bonus & Benefits A forward-thinking tech business based in Central Bristol are looking to bolster the skills within their talented test team with Test Analyst with strong manual testing experience. The Role As the Test Analyst, you will be responsible for setting up the test environment, including the hardware, software, network, framework, tools and infrastructure, allowing projects to be successfully delivered. You'll work as part of a cross-disciplinary sprint teams, using manual testing techniques to identify where features do not meet the expected behaviour and explaining your observations to the team. About You The ideal candidate will have strong manual testing skills and ideally previous experience of working as part of an Agile team. You will be able to explain features to technical and non-technical team members, recognising their benefits and drawbacks and explaining your reasoning. As the Test Analyst, you will have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a logical and methodical approach to work. You will be a collaborative team player, with an openness to share thought and ideas in communal environment.
