Scientific Team Leader - Immuno-oncology - London A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Scientific Team Leader to join a well-established, global healthcare communications agency based in London. Key responsibilities: Take overall responsibility for teams and ensure strategic initiatives are implemented Providing expertise across immuno-oncology and biomarkers, with a particular focus on publication accounts. Maintain strong working relationships with clients Line management and providing ongoing support to your team Ensure all projects across assigned teams are delivered to the highest possible editorial and scientific standards, to deadline and within budget Make strong contribution to overall account strategies and plans Lead the editorial development of business proposals and pitch presentations Requirements- A life sciences degree, ideally combined with a PhD A proven track record of leading writing teams within a medical communications agency Extensive medical writing experience from a medical communications or pharma environment across a broad range of projects and therapeutic areas - including biomarkers or immune-oncology Excellent experience within publications Experience of developing and attending new business pitches Experience of developing and attending new business pitches The agency's located in fantastic location and the offices are state-of-the-art - you can make use of a roof top bar and gym They offer excellent benefits including free exercise classes, your birthday off and flexible / homeworking arrangements.
