Healthcare Assistant – Wells BA5 Nights (Permanent) 33 or 44 hrs per week Do you want to join a care provider who are totally committed to helping their employees reach their maximum potential and who will support you to plan your personal career development? Our Client, a renowned care provider based in Wells BA5, offers residential and dementia care for approximately 50 service users within its beautiful and luxurious home. A compassionate and dedicated team ensure that all residents receive the person centred care they deserve, tailored to their individual needs and preferences. They are currently seeking to expand this team by welcoming new Healthcare Assistants to work Nights on a permanent basis, for a total of 33 or 44 hours per week. We are recruiting Carers with paid care experience, however our client is willing to take candidates who desire to work in this field who are kind, caring, compassionate and empathetic, and have a genuine desire to help and care for people who are unable to look after themselves without support. The role of Care Assistant will include · Delivering the highest quality of personalised care to our residents in line with their individual care plans · Helping with all aspects of day-to-day life, as well as making sure they can enjoy leisure and social activities · Ensuring the overall happiness and wellbeing of our residents by getting to know them and their families and providing them with emotional support and company Skills and experiences · Paid experience working in a similar role/environment is preferred - an ambition to develop a career within Healthcare is essential · Reliable and dedicated approach to your career · Excellent communication and team working skills are essential along with a flexible approach · You will also be compassionate and have a real genuine empathy for older people and their needs, ensuring we treat everyone with the respect and dignity they deserve Absolute Health and Care operates as both an Employment Agency and an Employment Business offering temporary and permanent employment opportunities.
