Overview
Core responsibilities Ensure optimal demand and supply management for resource deployment across Consulting Manage day to day resourcing escalations and issues Regular stakeholder engagement, use pipeline data to estimate/plan resourcing needs for the business Drive and manage resourcing performance including accuracy in forecasts by maintaining our resourcing tools Share business performance and discuss trends, interventions and actions required to meet/exceed business performance Manage our bench/capacity and identify opportunities to optimise productivity Understand our staff's skills and maintain a skills database Regular touchpoints with staff to understand and support them through their career aspirations, training and development needs Ensure that both staff and leadership are supported so they can make informed business decisions around recruitment, training, project delivery and commercials Skills & experience Strong stakeholder management skills Experience in a resource management environment Communicate effectively Manage conflicting deadlines and priorities Commercially minded and comfortable working in an ambiguous environment Open to and adapt to change Keen learners and experimenters Passionate about the impact they can make Excellent at building relationships with staff across all levels Use technology and established tools effectively
