Overview
The purpose of the Finance Officer is to collate information and prepare returns for outside bodies in line with procedures. Client Details Working for a national company with a Head office based in Liverpool City Centre a new opportunity has been arisen for a Finance Officer. Description The duties will include: Responsible for data collection, analysis and collation for the Finance Record, Heavy use of Excel using Pivots, V look ups, H look ups. Partial Exemption returns Developing and maintaining working relationships with internal and external contacts as relevant Providing advice and support relevant matters Maintain the Fixed Assets register and depreciation applied as appropriate Communicating and explaining policy and procedural matters across the Produce accurate, reliable and robust data for submission of the returns to external agencies Ensuring the circulation of commercially sensitive data is appropriately restricted Support project work and the review of processes Review procedures to ensure compliance with various audits Other duties and hoc as required Profile It is vital the Finance Officer has held a similar role previously and have had hands on exposure with demonstrable examples of key achievements.
