Description Key responsibilities of the credit controller include: Proactively chasing all outstanding payments via telephone and email Ability to build long lasting business relationships Use initiative and imagination to achieve results and reduce debtor days Resolving any account or invoice queries Reporting and analysis of aged debt Highlight any potential risks to the credit team leader Profile The successful candidate will have Previous credit control experience with a busy environment - Essential Highly organised and proactive approach - Essential Ability to work well under pressure - Essential Excellent communication skills - Essential Query management experience - Essential Good attention to detail and accuracy - Essential Strong IT skills including excel - Essential Job Offer On offer for the successful credit controller is a salary between £17-18,500, plus 22 days holiday,pension and discount scheme and career progression
