Overview

Organising and maintaining diaries Dealing with phone calls, emails, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Senior Managers Supporting the development of the company’s ongoing business plan objectives Proof reading and producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations Handling the filing of both paper and electronic documents. Processing of clients instructions and any related task activity accurately and to the service standards set by the Company, at all times maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating discretion Ensuring that client deadlines, all internally agreed key performance indicators, service standards and regulatory reporting requirements are met Key Skills/Experience Required: Experience of managing a complex and demanding workload Ability to make well informed decisions based on all available relevant information Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with a range of clients Good written communication skills with a strong attention to detail Advanced IT skills
