Job Title: Personal Injury Lawyer Job reference: SDA/2875600 Job description: A North West law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Lawyer (NQ–4years PQE) join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be dealing with: Conducting litigation in road traffic accident (RTA) personal injury cases to successfully achieve the right compensation for clients Managing a varied caseload of mixed liability and quantum disputes, and post litigation matters Drafting court documents with the support of team leaders, and undertaking simple court hearings Contributing to the department’s revenue targets Using experience and expertise to decide which cases to progress with It is essential that candidates applying for this role have previous Personal Injury/RTA experience. Qualified and Non-Qualified candidates will be considered.
