Overview

Despite the many challenges that we are all experiencing with day to day life, the jobs market continues, and good firms still need to hire good people to ensure that they are well placed when things return to normal. I have an insurance industry client who is looking to hire an experienced internal auditor with a number of years of insurance industry experience, to take on a high-profile Audit Manager role. The position will play an important role in the delivery of a varied internal audit plan and you will work closely (metaphorically speaking at first), with an experienced Head of Internal Audit who is also hands on in executing audits. You will have access to many of the most senior people in the firm and be expected to manage these and some important external relationships as well. The business has international operations and so there will be scope for some European travel but nothing too lengthy in duration or overly regular.
