DATA SCIENTIST CENTRAL LONDON - CURRENTLY FLEXIBLE, REMOTE, HOME WORKING £50,000 - £70,000 PACKAGE If you've been waiting for the right time to break into fintech then this is the perfect opportunity for you. Small scale business - 60 people - so great scope for ownership upon expansion Start-up culture - fast-paced and dynamic Passion for driving change through analytics THE ROLE Sitting in the Advanced Analytics team this role will see you working across business units to deliver cutting edge projects that influence every level of decision making. As such, your role will be varied but you can expect some of the below more: Play a crucial role in product development - working closely with the product team on customer behaviour, A/B testing and attribution modelling Apply advanced analytics/machine learning techniques using SQL and Python to complex problems - propensity, CTLV, neural networking Support proposition effectiveness - risk measurement, customer success predictions Work with Engineering teams to outline measurement parameters and data effectiveness - highlighting new data sources and optimising current feeds You will also be working closely with senior leadership to scope and deliver the future of analytics for the business. YOUR SKILLS The successful Data Scientist will have: Strong coding ability in SQL with use on millions of rows of data Data modelling experience in Python or similar open source technology Previously applied A/B or multivariate testing Experience in marketing attribution/effectiveness Worked in a product environment - on an app or website (preferred) A degree or higher in a numerical discipline BENEFITS A salary of up to £70,000 dependant on experience Flexible working Full benefits package Training and development opportunities HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest by sending your CV to Sian Taylor via the apply link on this page Please note that our client is currently running a fully remote interview process and can on-board and hire during this time including immediate starts.
