Overview

PROCESS OPERATORS Gi Group Scarborough are recruiting for Process Operators to join our client that supplies the craft industry in the UK, based in the Norton area. This is a temporary-ongoing position. HOURS: Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30 PAY: £10 per hour rising to £12.50 after training. After full training completed pay rises to £13.16. Overtime available. BENEFITS Weekends off Overtime available Maximum earnings of £13.16 Onsite parking DUTIES: Control of the roasting process from raw (green malt) to finished product Completion of all cleaning as outlined in the weekly hygiene audits and/or as requested by management Documentation and records to be completed Ensure compliance with all current legal and statutory obligations REQUIREMENTS Follow Health & Safety procedures Must be able to demonstrate awareness of the Company's Customers and their requirements Must be able to demonstrate your ability to enable effective implementation and management of the Quality Procedures. DESIRABLE Fork Lift Licence Quality Assurance NVQ Manual Handling Certification Food Hygiene Cert Certificate of Malting Competence.
