Overview
Location: Warrington Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (DOE) Job: Roofing and Cladding Site Manager Head office: Warrington based options for work in the north-west or nationally I have a number of roles based around Warrington with a couple of market-leading Commerical roofing and cladding companies looking for Site Managers. if you feel you have the relevant experience please apply and I will be happy to go through the roles. You will report directly to the Contracts Manager and the responsibilities will include: - Co-ordinate and control site personnel on all construction activities - Day to day supervision of site activities - Checking drawings and quantities, ensuring that the information is accurate for the work - Promote exceptional safety and delivery quality standards at all times - Ensuring that activities are planned, organised and monitored to ensure safety, time constraints and quality requirements are met. About the Candidate: · At least 3 years roofing and cladding estimating experience rain screen experience would be preferable · Excellent communication skills required · Must have in-depth knowledge of commercial or residential roofing and cladding A track record of successful projects should be demonstrated, with the following skills evident: - Multi-tasking - Creative Thinking - Customer Focus - Communication Skills - Analytical Thinking - Team Working - Drive & Decisiveness If this role may be of interest please send you CV to
