Overview
Location: Warrington Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (DOE) I have a number of roles based around Warrington with a couple of market-leading Commerical roofing and cladding companies looking for site supervisors. if you feel you have the relevant experience please apply and I will be happy to go through the roles. You will report directly to the Site Manager and the responsibilities will include: - Co-ordinate and control site personnel on all construction activities - Day to day supervision of site activities - Checking drawings and quantities, ensuring that the information is accurate for the work - Promote exceptional safety and delivery quality standards at all times - Ensuring that activities are planned, organised and monitored to ensure safety, time constraints and quality requirements are met. About the Candidate: · At least 3 years roofing and cladding estimating experience · Excellent communication skills required · Must have in-depth knowledge of commercial roofing and cladding
