Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a top Legal 500 ranked team based in Southampton. The firm are well known across the region with multiple offices, delivering great client care services. The team are currently looking to expand by considering individuals with at least three years experience, however all candidates will be considered. The team deal with a wide range of high value complex matters in residential property acting on behalf of high profile individuals. You will be joining a team of experienced solicitors in a fully supported environment where you will be encouraged to reach maximum potential. The role would require the individual to be comfortable in dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing which includes sales and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and equity releases. There will be some elements of plot sales and new build work acting on behalf of national developers. You will have an excellent client care relationship with a high level of professionalism and integrity. You will have the ability to develop and work in a fast paced, intellectually challenging environment.
