An opportunity has arisen within our Estate Agency Division for a Facilities Co-ordinator. Based within our Newcastle upon Tyne office, this position will provide administration support in a busy Facilities Management Department which deals with Property Management, Service Delivery and Health & Safety related matters including:- Property Maintenance Mobile Phones Health & Safety - Annual Legislative Maintenance Programmes, Accident/Hazard reporting and Risk Assessment Programmes Reception Duties, Post and Couriers Purchase Orders and Invoicing Travel, Accommodation and Car Hire Utility and Waste contracts Stationery The position will involve dealing with suppliers of various goods and services managed by the Facilities Department and maintaining links with suppliers to ensure services provided are in line with service level agreements. The successful candidates will have previous experience of working in a busy administrative role and proven experience of working to priorities, under pressure. You must be able to prioritise your own workload and have the ability to work using your own initiative. With strong administration and co-ordination you will have excellent oral and written communication skills, with a good level of IT knowledge.
