Overview
Oak Housing are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Income Recovery Officer. Based in our head office, we are seeking someone with the following: Income Recovery Officer £22,000pa. Experience of the following: Omni ledger rent system Dealing with tenants on Universal Credit /Housing Benefits. Familiar with legal steps to deal with rent arrears. Good communications / interpersonal skills on the phone in person and in writing. Good IT skills - data inputting and retrieval. Microsoft Office products. Organised and methodical. Good team worker and able to work independently. Knowledge of Housing Management as it relates to LA and Housing association rent collection processes - advantageous. Knowledge of Tenancy types- advantageous. Good Office administrative experience and willingness to work collaboratively in a busy work place.
