Overview
We are looking to attract an IT Learning Specialist to join the busy IT Team in Manchester. The IT Learning Specialist is responsible for designing training programmes appropriate to the needs of the business as well as delivering training via a variety of methods, including classroom-based training, remote training/webinars and one-to-one desk-side or telephone assistance. This role also delivers weekly new starter inductions and scheduled training sessions on a variety of applications including Microsoft Office, case management software, document management software, customer relationship management software, digital dictation software and practice management systems. We are keen to speak to candidates with considerable experience of delivering training sessions to audiences of varying sizes and abilities who have experience of working with Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office with particular focus on Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
