The role The Head of ERP Products will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team of IT professionals in the support, maintenance and development of our ERP product set providing Finance, HR and Student Lifecycle capabilities to the University. As the Head of ERP Products, you will be accountable for managing the IT elements of the University’s SAP Centre of Excellence, ensuring successful delivery of the SAP product suite alongside the University’s Core System Replacement (CSR) programme. Skills and experience The ideal candidate will have substantial experience leading a team to support, maintain and develop IT products to deliver an effective service using SAP products. You will have previous experience of working with SAP ERP application teams, possessing a good knowledge of the entire SAP application product landscape. You will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers, business partners and suppliers based on collaboration and trust.
